Cancelled subscriptions

After subscription cancellation, your data enters the grace period. If you do not resubscribe within 30 days, your data is permanently deleted on the same schedule as expired trials.

Customer inquiry data

Customer inquiry data (questions submitted to your AI concierge) is deleted along with your account when your account is closed.
