Terms of Service — ProPulse

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ProPulse ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and ProPulse.

2. Service Description

ProPulse is a SaaS platform that helps private music teachers run their teaching business — including a professional public profile page, scheduling calendar, income tracking, local SEO, and a content blog.

Subscription: $19.99 per month after a 3-day free trial.
Payment is processed by Stripe; subscription renews monthly until cancelled.

3. Account & Subscription

You must provide accurate account information and a valid payment method to subscribe. Your subscription:

Bills $19.99/month via Stripe after your 3-day free trial ends.
Renews automatically each month unless you cancel.
Can be managed from your dashboard at any time.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:

You retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period.
No partial-month refunds are issued.
There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to post or transmit any content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, threatening, or harassing. You also agree not to:

Send spam or unsolicited communications through the platform.
Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the Service.
Share your account credentials or allow multiple teachers to use a single account.

6. Intellectual Property

ProPulse retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, its design, software, branding, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the content you upload — your bio, photos, rates, and reviews — and grant ProPulse a limited license to display that content as part of operating the Service for you.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ProPulse does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProPulse's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to ProPulse in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) USD $100.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProPulse is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and display an in-app banner. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
